Carol Ann School of Dance Rules
Through the years we have developed a set of guidelines (Rules) that will help the school do what it does best, "Teach Your Child To Dance", and you the parent, by adhering to the following policies. Please review the following policies.
1. Lessons "MUST" be paid on a monthly basis and are due by the 10th of each month. If lessons are not paid by the 10th then a $10.00 Late Fee will be added. If lessons are not paid by the end of the month the dancer will not be able to attend the next month's lessons!
Sign printed envelope with students name and day and time of class or classes and put in the drop box) envelopes found on top of drop boxes.
2. June’s Tuition "Must" be paid by 2nd week in May with May’s lessons or dancer will not be able to attend the dance recital!
3. Watch Channel 10 for dance schools cancellation due to bad weather.
4. Sign dance insurance papers and website papers and bring to dance school and put in drop box. Must be signed and brought in.
5. Dance Is a Commitment!!! Our teachers are committed to you, please keep your commitment to them and your fellow classmates and to attend all your classes!!
6. To aid in your child’s commitment to learn, we will be selling a copy of your students songs on CD. We strongly encourage that your child use the CD to practice at home.
7. Handouts and any new material will be given out, posted on our website and posted on Bulletin boards for information.
8. Review your calendar handout for monthly events. There will also be one posted on Bulletin boards and on website.
9. Costume deposits are due at the time of measurement or they cannot be ordered. We are planning to measure all students sometime in November. You will be told of dates. Also on calendar as well as events coming up & Candle Fundraiser.
10. Make up classes available. “No” Credit given for Missed classes
